“You’ve paved your way as a successful stylist and creative consultant, how did you get there?: ”

I began my career in fashion working as a stylist at a big online retailer here in Sweden almost 10 years ago. It was such a good “school” in both styling and how the industry works. Also around that time, I had a blog and started with Instagram just when it came out. After a while, I started working at another fashion house, where I got the opportunity to style quite big productions with top photographers and models from all around the world. That was an amazing new experience that really taught me a lot and gave me a deeper insight into the industry. During that time, I put a lot of effort into my own business; I also started working as a fashion editor at a Swedish magazine as well as starting to do more freelance styling jobs. It was a lot to handle at the same time so 4 years ago I decided to quit my full-time job and focus 100 % on my stylist career and my job in social media. Today I work with a mix of commercial and editorial styling jobs and content creation.

“When do you feel most creative?”

It’s truly a dream to work with projects where you can let your creativity run free without too many rules or provisions, in those projects I feel most creative.

“When you’re not working, you love to: ”

I love having dinner with friends, going on long walks and listing to music and podcasts. I also love Interior hunting for our new home and cooking food.

“You recently styled our upcoming Il Medditerreneo editorial in Sicily, tell us about this experience: ”

It was such a fun project to be a part of, I have been working with Faithful the Brand for many years now it just feels so natural to style it. I love the collection myself which of course makes it even funnier to style. The team was amazing, and the surroundings were just breathtaking. For me, Faithful The Brand has always had a very clear DNA and vision over their campaigns and collections, which makes it easy to adapt to the “Faithful The Brand world” as a creator.

“What approach did you take to styling the looks?”

It’s all in the details! I have been working a lot with my vintage collection for this styling, everything from scarves around the head, golden accessories, bags and sandals. It was all about creating that vacation look that we’re all dreaming about, effortless à la Jacqueline Kennedy.

“Your recommended must-do for those heading to Sicily: ”

Rent a scooter and go around, visit the crowded Cefalù beaches, order pistachio ice cream everywhere and go to spiaggia dei faraglioni for a swim!

“Do you have any travel plans for the year? ”

I’m turning 30 in February and planning to go on a trip to Mexico with Jimmy. And for the summer I’m planning to sail in Croatia and go back to Sicily since I fell in love with the island so much.
