Holiday Shipping Dates 2024
To receive your order in time for the holidays please note all Australian Standard Shipping orders must be placed before Tuesday 17th December, while Express Shipping orders must be placed before Thursday 19th December.
The cut-off differs slightly for the WA and NT regions with Standard Shipping on Thursday 12th December and Express Shipping on Monday 16th December.
New Zealand orders follow International Shipping guidelines. We recommend placing your order with standard shipping before Wednesday 4th December. Please note we are not responsible for any third party shipping delays.
On Demand Same Day Shipping service is available for specified Sydney suburbs only. For orders placed by 12PM AEDT same day delivery is available. Please note we do not take responsibility for any third party shipping delays. For a full list of eligible suburbs click here.
Delivery Times
Delivery time frames are in addition to order processing times. Orders will be delivered between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that someone is available at the shipping address to accept the delivery during this time.
On Demand Same Day Delivery
Delivery time frames are in addition to order processing times. Orders must be received by 12PM AEDT in order to make the On Demand same day service. Orders will be delivered between 8am - 9pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that someone is available at the shipping address to accept the delivery during this time. All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Tracking Your Parcel
Once your parcel has been shipped from the warehouse, you will be sent an email confirmation with tracking information.
Authority To Leave
You may have the option to request Australia Post to leave the parcel in a safe place without a signature. If you provide Australia Post with an Authority to Leave, risk of loss or damage to parcels will pass onto you and we are not liable for missing, lost or stolen parcels.
Order Not Delivered
In the event that your order is not delivered, missing or lost, please reach out to our customer care team via email at shop@faithfullthebrand.com. Once the package has been declared lost by the shipping provider, we can issue you a replacement, store credit or refund.
If your order is stated as delivered on the tracking information but the parcel is unable to be located, customers must reach out to our customer care team via email at shop@faithfullthebrand.com within 5 days of the delivery date stated on the tracking.
