Our products

All Faithfull products are handmade locally in the country our brand was founded, which allows us to maintain integrity, monitor quality and ensure our long-standing partners are well cared for.

For us, creating conscious products means making an unwavering commitment to…

RESPONSIBLE FASHION

We engage in ethical processes through each stage of creating Faithfull garments - in design, purchasing and production. We interact directly with our suppliers on a daily basis, which ensures safe, fair and positive working conditions for everyone involved in our supply chain.

HANDMADE ARTISTRY

Working with more than 1000 artisans across Bali, we are proud supporters of local manufacturing and preserving the artisanal skills of Indonesia. Their expertise is integral to the design and execution of our collections. As all Faithfull products are handmade from beginning to end, this craftsmanship is part of the DNA of our brand.

SUPPORTING FAMILY-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES

Every item of every Faithfull collection is produced in Indonesia by family-run factories. Working with the home industry sector means we have the ability to support the local economy by creating more jobs and ensuring our working conditions and wages are fair.

TRANSPARENT SUPPLY CHAINS

We have a hands-on, collaborative approach to our manufacturing, which means we have the unique position of having visibility over our entire supply chain from start to finish - and therefore the opportunity to keep adapting and improving it at every step. All of our partners commit to and comply with an Integrity Statement to ensure compliance with our code of conduct.

FAIR PRICING

Our fees are based on the difficulty and intricacy of each style. The objective of this is to guarantee high production standards and encourage consistency, all while supporting and protecting our makers. Every worker is either paid wages and benefits that meet or exceed the national legal standards, or they are paid on a per piece model, which allows the flexibility and the freedom to choose their own hours.

QUALITY CONTROL & GARMENT LONGEVITY

The majority of our 100 employees in Bali are responsible for production, quality control and direct management of all our partner suppliers. This additional layer of care to our pieces helps to add an enhanced level of quality. We have a firm quality assurance policy to ensure the long life span of our products and we share proper garment care with our customers to help preserve this.

RESTRICTED SUBSTANCES LIST (RSL)

A Restricted Substances List (RSL) is adhered to during design and all production processes.

MORE RESPONSIBLE PACKAGING

Packaging is always going to add extra impact, but we want Faithfull’s to be as minimal as possible, which is why the polybags we use for apparel protection are made from cassava starch (also known as tapioca) and are completely biodegradable.

Our eCommerce mailers are made from corn starch, making them compostable.

Faithfull chooses to use PEFC and FSC certified paper for the use of our hang tags attached to our products. PEFC and FSC certified products come from PEFC and FSC certified sustainably managed forests
