Every purchase you make will contribute to your lifetime spend. Your lifetime spend will determine which tier you reach. You can check your tier status in your account.
Each time you spend $1000 with us, in either a single transaction or multiple, you will receive a reward. Reward amounts vary depending on Tier you are in. Please reference your account to see your Tier.

All rewards are issued via email from 21 days after your last purchase that exceeded the $1000 spend threshold. Please wait 21 days from the date of this purchase before contacting customer care. If you have still not recieved your reward after 21 days please contact us at shop@faithfullthebrand.com and we will manually check your account and email you any reward earned.

No, we do not back-date rewards. Rewards issued are from spends accumulated from the launch of our loyalty program 7th May, 2025 only and you must be a loyalty member at the time of spend in order to accumulate spend within your account to contribute to your reward.

You will receive your benefits automatically via email and, if opted in text message. Check to ensure you are receiving both email and text messages from us and they are not being sent to your spam folder.

Unfortunately your tier will be affected if you return an order as this will be deducted from your lifetime spend.

Yes, you can cancel your account or unsubscribe from our communications at any time. However, please note you will no longer receive exclusive benefits and rewards.

Our lifetime value data is associated with the email you have used at checkout. Please ensure you have joined The FAITHFULL Club using the same email address you use at checkout. If your value is still not displaying correctly, please contact shop@faithfullthebrand.com and we will be happy to assist. Please note, we will need prior order details of any transactions not appearing within your account in order to resolve.

Our lifetime value and rewards are displayed in AUD. Your reward vouchers will be converted at checkout to your local currency from the AUD amount using a current exchange rate for the AUD equivalent. Your lifetime value is displayed in AUD only.
