One secret to Italian living is… slowing down with intention.  

An Italian morning begins with… an espresso and golden light through quiet streets.

I love to spend my day… wandering slowly, stopping for coffee at Cibreo and discovering hidden corners. 

My favourite place in Florence to visit is… the Boboli Gardens in spring and summer. And of course, a pause coffee at Cibreo Caffè, a staycation at AdAstra or Palazzo Guadagni (two lovely boutique hotel in historical residences) and lunch at Gucci Osteria.

An Italian must always have this in their wardrobe… a lightweight linen dress – maxi or mini.
