FAITHFULL store credit is issued when a return or faulty item has been processed. A unique code will be emailed to the address on your order.
To redeem, enter your unique store credit code in the ‘gift card or discount code’ box at checkout and click apply.
Store credit may only be redeemed on faithfullthebrand.com. If you are having any issues redeeming your store credit, please contact our customer care team at shop@faithfullthebrand.com.
FAITHFULL store credit is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued. Please note this differs from our gift cards, which are valid for 3 years.
FAITHFULL store credit is non-transferable and cannot be refunded to your original payment method.
